Former Bishop Estate trustee Gerard Jervis pleaded not guilty today to first-degree criminal property damage and other charges stemming from a Lanikai egg-throwing incident and subsequent car chase on March 7.

Jervis, 59, is accused of chasing a group of teens in his car after they allegedly threw eggs at his house. The chase ended when the teens' SUV crashed into a utility pole guy wire, leaving the vehicle at a precarious angle.

Outside the courtroom, Jervis said he would "just like to get on with my life."

Jervis' trial is set to start June 9.

He is free on $40,000 bail.
