University of Hawai'i defensive lineman Rocky Savaiigaea has a fractured right tibia and will be out six to eight weeks.

Savaiigaea apparently suffered the injury during 3-on-3 drills at Saturday's UH scrimmage on the school's grass field.

The former 'Aiea standout will miss the rest of spring football, which ends April 26.
