Northern Trust said it's been named to provide custodian services for the Hawai'i Employees' Retirement System.

The Chicago-based company said it will provide custody and related services, including securities lending, cash sweep and performance reporting.

The ERS is the largest pension fund in Hawai'i. It oversees the investment and administration of retirement funds for state and county employees.
