The injury bug has hit the University of Hawaii football during spring training.

While some — Malcolm Lane and John Estes — have returned, another — Rocky Savaiigaea — is out for the duration of spring.

Savaiigaea suffered a slight fracture of his right tibia during Saturday's spring practice.

He will be out 6-to-8 weeks.

Spring practice ends April 26.
