Swinerton Builders pitches in on affordable housing

Advertiser Staff

Swinerton Builders Hawaii is donating $2,500 and labor to help Habitat for Humanity Leeward O'ahu build affordable housing.

On Saturday, Swinerton employees will work along side the Johnson-Ho'ohuli family by painting the exterior and interior of their home that is nearing completion in Wai'anae.

April Ho'ohuli, 50, currently lives in a Poka'i Bay studio with her two daughters, two grandchildren and a niece. The new home will allow other members of her family, who have been separated and living with various relatives, to be reunited under one roof.
