Free talk in Waipahu tonight on legal affairs for the elderly

Attorney and gerontologist Scott Suzuki will present "Get your legal affairs organized" free at 6 p.m. tonight at the Waipahu Public Library's C.O. "Andy" Anderson Room.

Suzuki is a lawyer in private practice and a volunteer with the University of Hawai'i at Manoa Elder Law Program, where he assists senior and disabled clients with a wide range of legal concerns including estate planning, guardianships, public benefits and elder abuse.

In addition, Suzuki has worked as a gerontologist for more than a decade, including employment with the Scripps Gerontology Center, the Center on Aging of Southwestern Ohio and the Hawai'i Executive Office of Aging.
