Computer access made easier for Kauai residents

Advertiser Staff

KALAHEO – Kaua'i County officials announced that computer kiosks were recently set up at the Kalaheo and Kapa'a neighborhood centers.

The kiosks are available for public use during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Residents who don't have home computers can now go to the Kalaheo or Kapa'a neighborhood center and access the county's Web site for information, apply for a job, check their building permit status, or make credit card payments toward their sewer bill or real property taxes.

In addition, other government Web sites can also be accessed to search for a job or for information on career development.
