Kailua High School opened in 1954, graduating its first class in 1957. Spanning the decades and two campuses, Kailua High has influenced an estimated 25,000 graduates.

Since 1995, the Kailua High Alumni Association has undertaken programs and events to advance the image of Kailua High School and to support its students, alumni and the Kailua community.

2008 marks the beginning of a new phase for the Association, including a membership drive to collect registration and contact information for thousands of KHS alumni and associates, in an effort to expand communication and support for school and alumni programs.

A new benefits/fee schedule will take effect as of July 1, 2008.
