Flash flood watch till tonight for Kauai, Oahu, Niihau

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for Ni'ihau, Kaua'i and O'ahu.
A trough that has developed northwest of the Islands will maintain favorable conditions for heavy rain to develop over the three islands through tonight, meteorologists said.
The flash flood watch will remain in effect through late tonight.
