WAI'ANAE
Volunteer cleanup crews needed for Saturday duty

Nani 'O Wai'anae and Community Work Day Program, and Keep America Beautiful affiliates on O'ahu and Maui, are appealing for volunteers to participate in the statewide Great Hawai'i Cleanup Saturday.

The two affiliates are partnering with Waste Management, which recently donated $5,000 to each organization in support of their efforts to preserve our 'aina's natural resources.

Affiliates from Hawai'i and Kaua'i counties also need volunteers, organizers say. All volunteers will receive a Sandwich of Their Choice coupon from McDonald's Restaurants of Hawai'i.

Both site coordinators and volunteers are needed, organizers say. Those interested should contact 808-696-1920 or 808-484-1000 on O'ahu, 808-877-2524 on Maui, or toll free at 888-592-2522 for volunteer information.

Keep Hawai'i Beautiful is part of the National Keep America Beautiful Campaign.
