Fans of fabric should flock to Bolts of Fabric & Fun, a fundraiser for the nonprofit Temari, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the Social Hall of Honpa Hongwanji, Pali Highway.

That's where they'll find vintage garments, textiles of all sorts, remnants and other yardage, tools, fabric inks and more.

There are demonstrations, too; and foodstuff offered by the Hongwanji Women's Buddhist Association. There's even a keiki activity: print a hachimaki (cotton head wrap) with vegetable and bamboo stamps.

Admission is free. 536-4566. Temari, Center for Asian and Pacific Arts, strives to perpetuate traditional and contemporary arts.
