A Honolulu police officer was arrested early yesterday morning in Kapolei for allegedly operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant.

James A. Urban, 31, was booked at the Kapolei police station at 2:20 a.m. Tuesday and released after posting bail. He is scheduled to appear at 'Ewa District Court on May 27.
