Average Hawaii gas price falls by 2 cents

The statewide average price of a gallon of gasoline in Hawai'i saw a 2-cent decline over yesterday, according to the AAA Fuel Gauge Report.
Today's decrease‚ to $4.48 from yesterday's $4.50, follows months of price increases that seemed to come without letup.
Motorists in parts of the state reported even bigger decreases. Prices in Hilo today averaged $4.47 a gallon, down from $4.65 yesterday, according to AAA.
Prices in Honolulu remained steady at $4.38 a gallon.
