The state Department of Taxation is planning workshops to explain legislative changes and other issues.

Topics that will be covered include tax services and processing updates, compliance initiatives, and general excise and transient accommodations tax obligations for owners of condotels.

All of the workshops run from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and cost $60 for advance registration. Workshop materials may be purchased separately for $15 each.
