Julian Marley: British reggae musician (and son of reggae legend Bob Marley) plays keyboard, drums, bass, guitar and other instruments. Marley's latest album "A Time and Place" fuses breezy jazz sounds with traditional reggae. 9 p.m. Poolside at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. $20-$200.

Bob Dylan: Singer, songwriter, author, musician and poet Bob Dylan has 11 Grammy Awards, a Lifetime Achievement Award, was ranked second on Rolling Stone Magazine's "Greatest Artist of All Time" and won "Best Original Song" at the Academy Awards in 2000. He has five songs on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's "500 songs that Shaped Rock and Roll," including "Blowin' in the Wind" and "Like a Rolling Stone." Since the 1980s Dylan has toured steadily, being dubbed the "Never Ending Tour." Dylan refuses to be a nostalgia act.   • The Tropicana Las Vegas' happy- hour drink specials feature half-price drinks in all casino bars from 5 to 7 p.m. as well as during the "Mint Monday" pool party events.

  • This fall, the Venetian will debut "The Real Deal!," an interactive poker-themed stage show with a cast of professional poker players. The pros will play on stage while the audience play along from their seats. Prizes up to $1 million will be up for grabs each show. A final round will feature the chip-leading pro, the final surviving audience member and the audience point leader competing for a three-handed finale. During the show, audience members will pick five face-down cards on their PCs from a deck of 52. The top 40 with the 10 highest hands will again select five face-down cards with their PCs. If anyone hits a royal flush, they win $1 million. Live six days a week at the Venetian Showroom, with a 7 p.m. show added on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. www.venetian.com.
