RETURNING PHANTOMS

Tickets are on sale for the "Three Phantoms" performances on Sept. 12, 13 and 14 at the Hawai'i Theatre, a benefit for Ballet Hawaii.

Craig Schulman, Cris Groenendaal and Kevin Gray have all played the "Phantom" on Broadway or in a national tour of the Andrew Lloyd Webber hit. Gray also played Scar in Disney's "The Lion King" last fall at Blaisdell Concert Hall.

Tickets are $25, $40 and $60; VIP seats are $75. There's a $5 discount for students with ID, Ballet Hawaii and Hawai'i Theatre members, $10 for seniors and military. Reservations: 528-0506; or www.hawaiitheatre.com.

N'AWLINS NIGHT

The Honolulu Academy of Arts will look like New Orleans for a night at Showcase, the museum's annual food-and-wine fundraiser set for Aug. 17.

Mint juleps, Creole and Cajun cooking, and jazz will help set the mood as patrons explore the academy, which will be transformed into the Big Easy's Garden District.

Premium tables — with catered service and wine — are $5,000. Limited reserved seats are $150 each. Tickets are $85 per person. For more information or to purchase tickets, go to www.showcase08.com or call 532-6099.
