Surf: South swell continues

Advertiser Staff

A south swell will continue to produce small to moderate surf today along south-facing shores through Tuesday, the National Weather Service said.

Through tomorrow, the surf is expected to be 2 to 4 feet with occasional 5-foot swells on south-facing shores and 2 to 3 foot swells on west-facing shores. On the east-facing shores, surf will be 4 to 6 feet today, decreasing to 3 to 5 feet tomorrow.

Surf heights are forecast heights of the face or front of the waves. Expect to encounter rip currents in or near any surf zone.
