UNIVERSITY OF HAWAI'I

James Moy, professor emeritus of food engineering with the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources at the University of Hawai'i-Manoa, has been elected one of 25 fellows of the International Academy of Food Science and Technology, one of four chosen this year from the United States.

HAWAII MEDICAL SERVICE ASSOCIATION

The Hawaii Medical Service Association recently announced that Kaloa Robinson has joined the organization as a community liaison, responsible for developing and managing long-term strategic relationships with HMSA stakeholders and community leaders on the Big Island.

CENTRAL PACIFIC BANK

Central Pacific Bank has hired David Kirkeby and Everett McDaniel Jr. as senior members of its Trust Department.

Kirkeby and McDaniel were the principals of Pacific Islands Financial Management. Kirkeby will serve as director of investments, and McDaniel will have responsibility for Central Pacific's Retirement Plan Services.

Group 70 International recently promoted Mike Mau and Ross Morishige to associate.
