Crews will be trimming trees and continuing work on Kahe-kili Highway this week.

Tree-trimming will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. from Ha'iku Road to Ahuimanu Road, requiring lane closures at the work site.

Lanes next to the median will also be closed from Kulukeoe Street to Ha'iku Road from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. to install planter boxes in the median.

The beautification project is expected to last until Dec. 17.
