Terroristic threatening and firearm charges were still pending tonight against a Palolo man arrested last night in Kailua.

The man, 43, was arrested on four felony counts, including being a felon in possession of a firearm, at 9:25 p.m. at a Kihapai Street residence after allegedly threatening to kill a woman, 44, police said. In addition to first-degree terroristic threatening, the man was booked on three firearm offenses.

According to Hawai'i Criminal Justice Data Center records, the suspect has 36 prior convictions.
