Japanese Cultural Society to hold annual cleanup

The Japanese Cultural Society of Maui will hold its fourth annual cleanup Saturday at the Japanese Gardens at the Kepaniwai Park & Heritage Gardens in 'Iao Valley.

The cleanup will run from 9 a.m. to noon. Participants should bring garden tools and portable chairs. A bento lunch, available for $6 for members and $7 for nonmembers, will be served at 11:30 a.m. To purchase a bento, call Keith Regan at 357-6009 by tomorrow. Drinks and snacks will be available.
