The state is making repairs and adjustments on Kamehameha Highway from Ka'a'awa to Waiahole that will cause lane closures in the southbound direction from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Friday from Kina Place to Waiahole Valley Road.

Crews will be fixing water lines, guard rails and drainage. They will also be widening the shoulder and resurfacing the roads.

Traffic will be contraflowed.

Motorists should use caution and allow for extra travel time.
