A Mililani man with one conviction but 67 pending cases, including 33 felonies, was arrested today at the main police station after a bail company discharged its bond responsibility over him.

James E. Register Jr. turned himself in to police and was being held in lieu of $100,000 19 cases, all of them from 2006. He is scheduled to be sent to District Court tomorrow.
