HONG KONG — British glam rocker Gary Glitter, who served nearly three years in a Vietnamese prison for molesting children, was denied entry to Hong Kong after refusing to return to England, officials said yesterday.

Glitter flew to Hong Kong last night after staying in the transit area of Bangkok's international airport for several hours.

"The Chinese authorities have informed us that they have refused Paul Gadd entry into Hong Kong," a spokeswoman for Britain's Foreign Office said. Glitter's real name is Paul Francis Gadd.

Officials in Hong Kong said the territory was making arrangements for Glitter's departure, and he might be returned to Thailand.

It was the third country to bar Glitter in the past two days. On Tuesday night, Glitter was taken from his prison cell to a flight out of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. He had been booked to change planes in Bangkok en route to London.

He refused to board a flight to England, however. Thai authorities would not allow him to pass through immigration, leaving him in limbo.

Glitter, 64, was convicted in 2006 of committing "obscene acts with children." He served two years and nine months of a three-year sentence, which was reduced for good behavior.

ISLE NATIVE VYING IN 'TOP MODEL'

A Honolulu native is among the 14 finalists vying for the title "America's Next Top Model," a reality show that returns for its newest season Sept. 3 on the CW network, Oceanic digital channel 93.

The competitor known only as Sheena — her last name is being withheld by the network — is a 21-year-old hostess and go-go dancer living in Harlem. She will compete against other aspiring models from across the country while being mentored by super model Tyra Banks, art director of photo shoots Jay Manuel and runway guru J. Alexander.

DAMON AND WIFE HAVE BABY GIRL

MIAMI — Actor Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana, welcomed their second daughter together yesterday.

Gia Zavala, who was born in Hollywood, Fla., joins the couple's 2-year-old daughter, Isabella, and Alexia, 9, from Luciana's first marriage.

"Everyone's doing great," the couple's spokesperson said.

'OFFICE' ACTOR ENTERS GUILTY PLEA

Craig Robinson, 36, who plays warehouse worker Darryl in NBC's "The Office," pleaded guilty yesterday in Los Angeles to one felony count of possessing Ecstasy. The drugs were found when he was pulled over June 29 for a traffic violation.

A prosecutor said the charge will be dismissed if Robinson completes an 18-month rehab program.
