Ikaika K. Stone, 24, appeared in District Court yesterday morning, accused of kidnapping and raping a 16-year-old girl at Kaimuki High School.

The victim told police the assault occurred after a car she was driving collided with Stone's pickup truck the evening of July 31 in the Mo'ili'ili area.

He allegedly demanded money and sex from her, took her against her will to the grounds of Kaimuki High School and sexually assaulted her, according to court documents.

Stone did not enter a plea in the case. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for later this month.

He is charged with kidnapping, three counts of first-degree sex assault and three counts of third-degree sex assault.

Stone is on probation for a 2004 robbery conviction and is awaiting trial on 2007 charges of first- and second-degree assault.
