Police seek public's help in finding missing woman

Police and CrimeStoppers are asking for the public's help in locating a 47-year-old woman who was last seen Aug. 21 at her Waikiki apartment.

Kimberly Jacobs, 5 foot 4 and 130 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair, was last seen at about 6:15 p.m. on that day. A CrimeStoppers report said she is emotionally distraught and walks with a distinct limp.
