Two men were arrested on felony charges of promoting dangerous drugs and other offenses early this morning in front of a Houghtailing Street address.

Delwyn T. Yu, 41, of Nu'uanu Avenue, was arrested on two third-degree felony charges of promotion of a dangerous drug, felony drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor count of assault in the third degree around 1:50 a.m. this morning.

Fritzi E. Malong, 21, of Piliwai Street, was arrested on one felony count of promoting a dangerous drug and a felony count of drug paraphernalia.
