Surf: 10-14 feet expected on North Shore today

Advertiser Staff

The surf along north-facing shores of most islands will be down considerably today as compared with yesterday, the National Weather Service said.

But a new, incoming northwest swell could push the surf back to near warning levels tomorrow and Friday, the National Weather Service said.

Surf along Oahu's North Shore is expected to drop to 10 to 14 feet today.

Elsewhere today on Oahu, look for wave faces of 6 to 10 feet along west-facing shores, 1 to 3 feet along east-facing shores and 2 feet or less along south-facing shores.
