PEARL CITY
Storytelling session at Pearl City Library today

"A-B-C Zoo: An Alphabet of Animal Tales," featuring Auntie Brenda, will be hosted by the Pearl City Library at its adult reading room at 10:30 a.m. today.

Storyteller Brenda Freitas-Obregon, who is the children's librarian at Kalihi-Palama Public Library, will conduct a participatory storytelling experience. Children of all ages will be invited to sing along, dance and learn some sign language.

The 45-minute program is co-sponsored by the Friends of the Library of Hawai'i and the UH-Manoa Outreach College's Statewide Cultural Extension Program.
