CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public's help in locating Marianne Waters, who was last seen on Aug. 3 in the Waikiki area.

She routinely called her family on the Mainland several times a week, but no contact has been made since. Several family members have come to O'ahu, from as far away as Japan, in hopes of finding her.

They are very concerned for her safety and welfare.

Anyone with information about Waters is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300, or *CRIME on cellular phones. Free cellular calls are provided by AT&T, Nextel Hawaii, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless Hawaii.

Waters is described as Caucasian, 22 years old, 5 foot 1, 110 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.
