Honolulu police are investigating how a 3-year-old boy ended up at Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children with a fractured arm Saturday morning.

Child Welfare Services officials were called to the hospital and alerted Honolulu police, who turned the case over to the Child Abuse Detail.
