Near-advisory surf levels expected for north-facing shores as early as tomorrow

There won't be much in the way of surf today.

North-facing shores can expect waves with 4- to 6-foot faces, while west- and east-facing shores will see waves with 2- to 4- foot faces.

Surf along south-facing shores will have faces under 2 feet.

Meanwhile, the National Weather Service says surf may reach advisory levels on north-facing shores tomorrow or Wednesday. Also, a northwest swell is due late Thursday or Friday, which will again push surf near or above advisory levels.
