Two emergency shelters remain open on Oahu

Advertiser Staff

Two shelters remain open for O'ahu residents who have experienced flooding, the city's Department of Emergency Management said this evening in a news release.

Those in need of emergency shelter due to flooding and high winds can go to:

  • Waianae District Park;

  • or Brigham Young University Gymnasium in La'ie.

    Shelters at these locations will be managed and operated by the American Red Cross.

    Additional shelters can be opened if needed. If you have a flood-related emergency or need emergency shelter, call 911 immediately.
