The city's Department of Environmental Services will soon schedule additional bulky item pickups for storm debris in hard-hit flood areas and has set up a hot line to report damage and assistance needs.

Residents are asked to separate their debris into the following categories to facilitate pick-up and place items on the curb fronting their property:

• Green waste;

• Bulky items;

• Hazardous waste;

• Demolition and construction material.

The city has established a hot line for residents to report damage and assistance needs.

The number is 768-4385. The hot line will be staffed at the following times:

• Tomorrow from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
