SEATTLE — Washington has postponed its men's basketball game with Lehigh due to the wintry weather slamming the Pacific Northwest.

The Huskies were scheduled to host Lehigh on Tuesday afternoon. But Lehigh was unable to fly to Seattle, Washington spokesman Richard Kilwien said.

The teams are hoping to reschedule the contest. Washington suspended campus operations Monday because of the weather.

Washington, which beat Eastern Washington Saturday night in front of about 1,500 fans that braved the bad weather, will not play again until Dec. 28 against Montana. Lehigh will next host Longwood on Dec. 28.
