Maui County and the United Public Workers union will sign an agreement tomorrow that establishes alcohol and controlled substance testing for the about 400 non-commercial driver's license employees in bargaining unit 01.

Details of the agreement will be announced at the formal signing at 2 p.m. in Wailuku by Maui Mayor Charmaine Tavares and Dayton Nakanelua, UPW state director.
