Christmas activities at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo will result in a temporary one-way traffic pattern on Kapiolani Street on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Traffic will be allowed in the Puna direction only on Kapiolani Street between Waianuenue Avenue and Haili Street from 5 p.m. Wednesday to 2 a.m. Thursday; and from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday.

During these times, parking will be allowed on both sides of Kapiolani Street.
