Advertiser Staff
A flash flood watch has been issued for all of the main Hawiian Island through this afternoon, the National Weather Service said. The latest developments on weather radar and satellite imagery are showing heavy rainfall over the eastern side of the Big Island and east Maui, according to Weather Service reports. The rain has the potential to spread westward over the other islands.
