More snow for Big Island summits

A winter weather advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service for the Big Island summits of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea until 6 p.m. today.The latest forecast calls for another inch of snow today and there can be periods of sleet and freezing rain, making travel difficult.
The advisory is for areas 8,000 feet above sea level and beyond.
