Oahu's median home resale price is flat in January

There was no change in the median sale price of previously owned O'ahu single-family homes last month compared with a year earlier, according to the Honolulu Board of Realtors.The median price was $600,000.
There were 228 sales, down 13.3 percent from 263, in the same period.
Condominiums sold for a median $324,000 last month, up 1.3 percent from $320,000 a year earlier. There were 324 sales, down 22.5 percent from 418, in the same comparable period.
