Trump tower to open in Las Vegas on March 31

Associated Press

LAS VEGAS — Donald Trump's gold-plated luxury condo tower in Las Vegas is set to open on March 31.

The Trump Organization says the 645-foot tower will open with a spa, a signature restaurant called "DJT," a heated outdoor pool and 2,400 square feet of meeting space.

The organization says the boutique property is understated because it lacks a casino despite being on the Las Vegas Strip near the Fashion Show Mall.

Its 1,282 suites range in size from 515 to 3,500 square feet.

The hotel will join sister properties in New York and Chicago as the founding hotels of the so-called Trump Hotel Collection.
