Hanalei Bridge closed on Kauai

Emergency management officials said at 3:40 a.m. that the Hanalei Bridge has been closed because of rising water caused by heavy rains over the mountains.A flash flood warning ended earlier this morning for Kaua'i but a flash flood watch remains in effect for all Hawaiian Islands until this afternoon.
