Spring enrollment best in a decade, UH reports

Enrollment is up 4.2 percent for the spring semester at the 10-campus University of Hawai'i's system, preliminary enrollment figures show.The increase is nearly 2,000 students more than last spring, bringing total system enrollment to 48,246.
That's the highest spring enrollment in more than a decade, the university said today in a press release.
UH-Manoa was the only campus to show a decrease, 0.7 percent, or 141 students.
