Big Island on flash flood watch through this afternoon
Advertiser StaffThe National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for the Big Island through this afternoon.
Already saturated ground conditions coupled with the threat of additional heavy rain will bring the threat of flash floods to the Big Island today, with the biggest threat of flooding occurring in East Hawai'i, forecasters said.
