Jack Johnson's drawings on bags for Paia fundraiser

Jack Johnson illustrated and signed a bag for the No Mo Plastic Bag drive in Paia.

The Paia Plastic Bag Free campaign is holding an auction of reusable shopping and carry-all bags painted by well-known artists and autographed by Island-connected celebrities, continuing through Sunday at 3:33 p.m.

Artists participating include Peter Max, Lori Higgins, Robena, Janet Davis, Jan Kasprzycki, Ray Masters, Lori Koprowski, Tami Snodgrass, Pete Cabrinha, Lauren Harris, Tim Garcia, Jaisy Hanlon and Andrew Angulo.

Jack Johnson has signed and illustrated one of the bags. Others who have autographed bags include Willie Nelson, Woody Harrelson, Laird Hamilton and Robbie Naish.
