Police seeking Pearlridge bank robber

Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man who tried to rob the Pearlridge Center branch of American Savings Bank on Tuesday.

Police said a man in his 20s entered the bank about 4:50 p.m., approached the teller and demanded money. He then ran away toward Toys R Us.

The suspect is described as 5 feet 10 and 160 to 170 pounds. He was wearing a black long-sleeve hooded sweatshirt and long black pants.
