A better way to warm that pizza

We love the microwave for boiling coffee, but the texture factor of other edibles sometimes get lost in the heat of the microwave moment. There are purists who would only heat up pizza in the oven (lay it on a slather of olive oil on foil), but Islanders may be loathe to turn on the oven just for that. Try this: Heat it in a non-stick pan, with lid, on the stovetop. The crust stays crisp and the cheese melts to perfection.
