R&B star Sean Kingston has been booked for a one-night-only show on Maui, scheduled for Sunday, March 30.

The 18-year-old singer from Miami infuses his catchy pop with the reggae of his native Jamaica to create chart-friendly hits that have received national and international acclaim. Kingston's debut single "Beautiful Girls" was one of last year's biggest pop hits, soaring to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart and holding the No. 1 spot for three weeks.

The Maui concert will be Kingston's first appearance in Hawai'i. International reggae star Collie Budz will open the show.

Kingston, whose given name is Kisean Anderson, will perform at The Maui Arts & Cultural Center on March 30 at 6 p.m. Tickets are $40 and go on sale Saturday at the MACC box office, at www.mauiarts.org or charge by phone at 242-SHOW.
