OC16 now in high-def, digital

Oceanic Time Warner Cable, the state's largest cable services provider, said its OC16 channel will be offered in a high-definition format beginning today.
The cable company said it will launch OC16 HD on channel 1016, after converting OC16 programming to a high-definition format.
Oceanic also said it will launch its OC16 channel in a digital format on channel 96 beginning today. It also is adding KHET on its digital channel 84 and KITV on digital channel 86.
