Disney animator John Edgar Park will discuss "Carl the Robot, Doris the Bowler Hat and a Boy Named Wilbur: Character Rigging for Feature Animation" at a 2 p.m. presentation Tuesday, Feb. 26, at Kapi'olani Community College.

Park, a lead character technical director at Walt Disney Animation Studios, has worked on "Meet the Robinsons" and at Sony Picture Imageworks on "Spiderman 2." He'll also discuss "From Concept to Render: The Creation of a Feature Animation Character" from 7-9 p.m. Both events are free, and will be held at KCC's KOA 102.
